Jeannie

Jeannie is our happy receptionist and a woman of many hats! A life-long animal lover, having owned horses, dogs, cats, birds, fish, a hedgehog, and a hamster or two, she helps out in all areas of the spa from reception, accounting, bathing, to cleanup - and hanging around to help soothe a nervous dog. Her smiling face is always ready to meet our clients and her upbeat attitude never fails to win the affection of the pets in our care. She is the proud owner of a Golden Retriever named Brandy.

Deb

Deb is our head groomer. In 2006, she completed training at Woodsvale Dog Grooming School. Deb began her career as a professional pet groomer by working for several grooming shops. She then converted her basement into a pet salon, and made it her personal mission to make grooming a gentle and enjoyable experience for visiting pets. Deb's vision and passion helped to make Happy Pet Spa the retail spa it is today. Deb treats her clients just as she does her own beloved Great Dane, Mister Hobbes.

Brenda

Brenda joined the pet spa team in November 2011 after relocating to Alberta from the US. She has been grooming for over ten years, and her passion and skill working with animals and grooming is wonderful. Brenda is always happy to see her fur clients and loves to handstrip and scissor complicated breed cuts. She is originally from New Brunswick and speaks Acadian French. She loves to call her clients "Peanut"!

Kerri

Kerri joined us in April 2012 and brings many years experience to the spa. She grooms all breeds of dogs and cats and has been grooming for over 18 years. Growing up, her family was heavily involved with breeding, grooming and showing dogs. She has a natural friendliness for people and an affinity for pets that really shines through when they are on her table.

Billi Jo

Billi Jo joined the spa in April 2012. She is our large dog groomer, she specializes in deshedding and bathing smooth, double and heavy coated breeds like Huskies, Labs, Collies, Rottweilers etc. She has tons of experience working with and training dogs and has a natural ability for grooming. Billi Jo has 7 dogs of her own at home.

Abra, Brandy, & Mister Hobbes
